Agape and Grace Events provides photo booth rentals and professional makeup services throughout Houston and surrounding areas. These terms summarize our booking policies. Your signed service agreement and invoice specify the terms for your event; if they differ from this page, the signed agreement controls. Sending an inquiry does not reserve a date.
Booking, Deposits & Payments
RESERVING YOUR DATE
A signed service agreement and the required non-refundable deposit are needed to secure your date. Deposit amounts are stated in your quote or invoice.
PAYMENTS & PACKAGE DETAILS
The remaining balance is due before or on the day of service, as stated in your agreement or invoice. Your confirmed quote identifies the service hours, package inclusions, selected upgrades, and applicable charges. A credit-card processing fee may apply and will be disclosed before payment.
CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING & CHANGES
Contact us promptly in writing if you need to cancel, change your date, or adjust your services. Cancellation charges, deposit treatment, refund eligibility, and rescheduling arrangements are governed by your signed agreement. A new date is subject to availability.
Travel & Event Requirements
TRAVEL
A travel fee may apply for locations more than 25 miles from ZIP code 77070. Any applicable fee will be included in your quote or invoice.
PHOTO BOOTH SETUP
A suitable power supply is required for photo booth equipment. Outdoor events must provide shade. If shade is not provided, a $150 canopy fee applies. Please discuss outdoor conditions, venue access, available space, and setup and breakdown arrangements with us before your event.
CUSTOM DESIGNS & UPGRADES
Please provide your event theme, colors, names, logos, and other design details in advance. Prints, backdrops, props, guestbooks, AI features, and other upgrades are included only when specified in your confirmed package or invoice. Additional time is subject to availability and an agreed additional charge.
Makeup Services & Questions
MAKEUP SERVICES
Makeup and photo booth services may be booked individually or together. We offer makeup services only; hair services are not provided. Please discuss your preferred look, timing, and any known product allergies or sensitivities with Ashley before your appointment.
PHOTOS, RECORDINGS & PRIVACY
Photo, video, audio recording, gallery delivery, and promotional-use arrangements should be reviewed in your service agreement and any separate consent forms. This page does not grant permission to use a guest’s likeness or recording for advertising. Contact us with questions about event media or personal information.
